Randy has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry. He served 6 years in the Construction Battalion of the US Navy before becoming a Union Millwright.

Educated at Hudson Valley Community College and Wichita State University, Jim is a valuable part of AMS, with nearly thirty years of experience in Heavy Industry as a Millwright Journeyman including:

• Paper and Tissue Mills
• Power Plants
• Hydroelectric Projects
• Cement Plants
• Certified Welder and Master Rigger

Jim has been working in a management capacity for the past 24 years and has run several large and high-visibility projects from design to start-up.

Tim has nearly twenty years of experience as a Project Manager. This includes:

• Intimate knowledge of the chemical process and manufacturing industry
• Running multi-million dollar projects from the design phase, through construction and start-up
• BS in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute

John has over forty years of experience in Engineering, specializing in equipment design and manufacturing.

• BS in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union
• Licensed New York State Professional Engineer
